Washington, D.C. – Congress passed a divisive new law today that requires anyone who wants to vote in the election this fall to pass an IQ test with a minimum score of 100, which is considered the average. President Obama pushed hard for this new law after witnessing what he called the dumbing down of America lately with the Presidential campaigns of Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump. He said the last straw was watching on television the idiocy present at the Republican National Convention.

More Americans are now expected to fail the IQ test than actually vote in the election this fall. Hilary Clinton could not be reached for comment while sources tell us that Donald Trump was seen reading an IQ Test for Dummies book.

The most ironic part of this new law is that no one in the group that actually passed the law, Congress, will most likely be able to vote in the election either.
